The EBV Virus and Its Symptoms

Guest Post by Ionut C. Petrila

The Epstein-Barr virus, also known as EBV, belongs to a group of viruses and is categorized as a herpesvirus. Infections with this type of virus are frequent and reported all around the world.

Estimates show that in the United States alone 95 percent of all adults above 35 do contract the virus, sometimes without being aware of it, and live as carriers the rest of their lives.

Babies risk getting infected with EBV the most. This happens due to the lack of antibodies which their mothers cease to provide after they are old enough to eat solid food. Just as in adults, children carry the disease without revealing any symptoms for long periods of time.

Many get infected with the virus when they are old enough to go to school, while some might find out about their infection during adolescence.

Almost half of all young adults in the United States carry the virus.

The herpes virus EBV is hard to differentiate from mild coughs or watery nasal discharge, as these symptoms are often confused with those pertaining to a common cold.

EBV can also lead to more serious symptoms which involve fever and sore throat, while some people even reported having swollen lymph glands. The latter of the three symptoms can lead to a more thorough investigation which could reveal the fact that the person infected has a less ‘determined’ immune system.

There were rare cases of heart illness, but infectious mononucleosis wasn’t the cause of any deaths reported so far.

EBV’s symptoms become active in a couple of months but the virus can stay latent for many years during the entire life of a person. It is relatively silent and rarely causes any complications. Medical science has not focused on coming up with any drugs or vaccines against this virus because of its ‘mild’ nature.

Some doctors may prescribe a 5-day treatment with steroids in order to control swellings, but that’s about the best they can do. This is the part where the antiviral natural remedy, Gene-Eden comes into the picture. It’s designed to boost the immune system in the safest way possible, enabling people to improve their resistance to EBV.

A great recommendation for the product comes from Mr. Danehy:

“I was diagnosed with chronic Epstein Barr Virus due to a bad case of Mono in my 20’s. The result is that I had gotten to a place where it was difficult to make it through the day; the exhaustion was making my life hard. I had gone to the doctor and he had offered me a prescription for some drug, but the side effects were dangerous and I just didn’t want to deal with that. So, I did some research and found Gene-Eden. I thought, what the heck. I have been taking this supplement for 6 months. I feel so much better. I have energy again, I don’t wake up exhausted, and I feel good.”

Antibodies are crucial to keep the infection levels at bay. When the body gets weaker, the virus has the chance to reactivate itself and create discomfort as well as fever, pharyngitis, and sometimes even lymphadenopathy.

In published, scientific studies, Gene-Eden has shown that it aids the immune system in remaining strong and ready to fight any type of infection, not only EBV, but also the syndromes related to mononucleosis.

Stress levels have been shown to return to normal, sleeping becomes better, and headaches will go away. It provides a natural energy boost and helps prevent the bone crushing tiredness that seems rampant these days.
